The Hippodrome, the stadium of ancient Byzantium, held 100,000 spectators and featured objects from all corners of the empire. • Visit Topkapi Palace, the great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, housing an exquisite collection of precious gems, jewelry thrones of sultans, robes worn by the sultans and their families, miniatures, the Holy Mantle and the Chamber of Sacred Relics. 
• Last but by no means least, visit the New Mosque, an Imperial Mosque and one of the famous architectural landmarks of Istanbul.

• Wake up in the morning, have a delicious breakfast and board an air-conditioned coach to Pamukkale, known as the “8th Wonder of the World”
• Explore the natural landscape of limpid pools, hot springs and travertine, terraces of carbonate minerals left by flowing water. 
• Inscribed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1988, Pamukkale attracts some 2 million visitors every year. Get a view of the terraces from the hills on the opposite side of the valley in the town of Denizli.
• Further, move towards the ruins of the ancient Greek-Roman city of Hierapolis, built on top of the “Cotton Castles” in the 2nd century BC. See the remains of the Roman amphitheater, and visit the former Turkish Bath, now converted to an archaeological museum.
• Discover where Cleopatra used to swim, and the monumental tomb of the Christian apostle St. Philippe. Marvel at the Necropolis of Anatolia, filled with sarcophagi, most notably that of Marcus Aurelius Ammianos.
• After exploring the Pamukkale, return back to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Kusadasi.

• Visit the terrace houses, featuring beautiful frescoes and mosaics in their interiors located on the slopes of Bulbul Mountain, opposite the Hadrian Temple.
• After visiting the Ephesus ruins, you’ll continue on to the House of the Virgin Mary. The Vatican has recognized this small house in the Solmissos Mountains as the final resting place of the Virgin Mary. A small shrine dedicated to St. Mary was found when the ruins of the house were first discovered.
• Finally, visit the Basilica of St. John, built by the Emperor Justinian over the tomb of St. John the Apostle. 
• After exploring Ephesus, get transferred to Izmir Airport to board a flight to Kayseri.
• As you reach Kayseri get transferred to Cappadocia and check in at your pre booked hotel.
